A sewage backup isn't a job for a mop and bucket. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE, classify the contamination, and follow IICRC S500 blackwater protocols from the first step.

Containment goes up before extraction starts, because the goal on a contamination job isn't just removing the water, it's making sure the contamination doesn't spread to rooms that were never affected.
We'd rather explain the sewage cleanup process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate sewage cleanup specialist will have them ready.
Every sewage job follows documented contamination standards, not an improvised cleanup approach.
Technicians suit up in full protective gear before entering a contaminated area.
Disposal documentation is provided as part of the job record.
Sewage backups get priority dispatch given the health risk involved.
We don't treat sewage cleanup as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Water gets classified as Category 3 blackwater on arrival, which sets the entire response protocol.
Extraction equipment dedicated to contaminated water keeps cross-contamination from clean-water jobs.
Porous materials can't be fully sanitized after blackwater contact, which is a safety call, not a cost-cutting one.
Disinfection follows removal of unsalvageable materials, covering every remaining surface in the affected zone.
Sewage odor gets treated at the source through disinfection and controlled airflow, not masked with fragrance.
Final verification includes both moisture and contamination checks before sign-off.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified sewage cleanup result.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Sewage Cleanup need, not a voicemail system.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"They didn't rush the disinfection step even though it clearly slowed the job down."
Andre P., Renfrew"Professional and thorough despite how unpleasant the situation was."
Naomi F., Renfrew"The odor was completely gone after their disinfection process, not just covered up."
Katrina L., Renfrew"They kept our family away from the affected zone until it was actually safe again."
Preston G., Renfrew"A rental property backup happened while our tenant was away and they coordinated everything with us remotely."
Victor N., Renfrew"Full PPE and proper containment meant we could reopen the rest of the dining room the same evening."
Grace T., RenfrewIf your question about sewage cleanup isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our sewage cleanup coverage spans 16053, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Renfrew address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
